    qualified students access to Delaware colleges
  • HEALTH CARE—Worked to secure dental care for over 2,400 kids and co-sponsored legislation that created the nation’s only state funded cancer treatment program for the uninsured
  • ENVIRONMENT—Pushed to protect our environment and farmland and to preserve our open spaces
